Provide technical support, leadership, and management on the job.
Ensure project teams fulfill customer commitments in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
Proactively address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide hands-on job-site installation as required.
Procurement of materials for jobs and supplies for crewmen.
Management of Crews and Yard organization.
Tracking of man-hours and project materials.
Maintenance of equipment, vehicles, tools, and facility.
Logistical planning and organizing of project teams and their jobs.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' Project Management experience, required.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Experience in tracking and managing expenses (i.
e.
, job costing).
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and projects concurrently.
General computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel and Word.
Ability to work overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines.
Proactive communication and leadership skills.
Must have a wide range of landscape construction experience and excellent working knowledge of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work.
Goal orientated and results driven personality.
Ability to multitask and maintain professional demeanor.
Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
Strong management and organization skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Valid driver's license and DMV check.
Annual Base Salary of $55,000-$60,000
